Per the , if an individual becomes ill with a respiratory virus, the updated guidance recommends that they stay home and away from others. The recommendations suggest returning to normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, symptoms are improving overall, and if a fever was present, it has been gone without use of a fever-reducing medication. Once a person resumes normal activities, they are encouraged to wear a well-fitting mask for the next five days to curb disease spread.

When you are sick:

  • 鲍蝉别听, including staying home and away from others (including people you live with who are not sick) if you have respiratory symptoms.
  • Learn when you can聽.
  • Seek health care promptly for聽听补苍诲/辞谤听聽if you have聽. Treatment may help lower your risk of severe illness, but it needs to be started within a few days of when your symptoms begin.

Please refrain from coming to the MBL campus聽should you feel unwell and be experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, which may include, but are not limited to fever, cough, abnormal congestion or runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue or chills, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
